Finally, find sometime for myself to update my long winded birth story when darling'girl was actually having her nap!

On the 16 Novemeber went for my weekly checkup with Dr Wong as usual.
Darling'girl was in her 39weeks by then, her head was still at my right side of my tummy instead of swimming down. And she's weighing at approx 3.4kg. Mostly will go into C-Sect as her head is still not down. In my mind, i just wanted natural birth, so induce was my last choice.
Dr Wong ask me to admit that particular night in order for natural birth. Was ask to be admitted at 1130pm to TMC. Reach there earlier to look for hub's friend who had just given birth.

Reminded hubby upteen times to remember to bring IC.
when doing admission time, i rmb i left my IC in my wallet instead of my wristlet.
Reminded hubby yet i forgot mine. But still able to do admission still. And he nagged me non stop!

Went to changed, and stay at the observation ward to do CTG to monitor baby movement and heartbeat.
The ward was full that night.

Induce my first pill at ard 12am and i'm only 1cm dilated.
Hubby stayed with me and was asked by the duty nurse to nap while waiting.
Was 3am by then, when we are about to rest our eyes, the bed next to ours was whining non stop, so we can't even rest at all, she was only 1cm dilated just like me but she whine and hit and shout all times. Nurses keep coming in to monitor my temperature and blood pressure throughout the night.

Was being transfer to ward the following morning at around 7am as i have to give up the my bed at the labour ward since i am still waiting. Ward was much better :) At least there's TV to entertain me. Hubby accompany me up to my ward and say he gonna head home to get my IC and shower b4 heading down again. In the ward alone, watching TV and resting my eyes, breakfast was served and CTG was on. Dr Wong came and insert the secound pill at about 10am, and he was happily telling me that i am dilated got hope for natural birth. Was happy to hear the news of cos :) He told me that he gonna be back at 2pm to burst my waterbag.
Hubby came back at ard 10plus, resting while waiting for time to pass,
Lunch was served, so hubby went to get his, got no much appetite for it, and was whatsapping with Tangeok's babyy telling her about my dilation is taking a long time, she asked me to gek whenever i feel contraction. So i gek when i felt it. Got sudden urges to go toilet so stand up and a gush of water came flowing out. Waterbag was burst even b4 my gynae wanted to burst it for me at ard 1pm. After that Tangeok babyy then told me is only gek after my waterbag was burst! LMAO! Called hubby up and nurse incharge quickly send me down to the labour room.
End up, checked and i am only 1.5cm dilated !!! It's was so slow, after 14 hours of waiting, i am only 1.5cm dilated :( They called up Dr Wong, and Dr Wong ask me to consider C-Sect as my waterbag was burst and my cervix does not even want to open. And my contraction getting more and more tense but no dilation. No laughing gas and painkiller was given and i hold the side bar till so so so tight and almost gone crazy due to the pain. Now i know my pain tolerance very very low :(

After much consideration and discussing at around 3pm, we then decided to go for C-Sect as it cannot be wait anymore. C-sect at 3.40pm, decide to go for half awake as hubby will be able to go in with me. Epidural was given = half awake . Doc say he can't find my spinal, poke in for 3 times then able to feel the numb at my leg. My hand was shivering like nobody business. And i got the feel when Dr Wong cut me, yes Epidural dont seems to works on me. But it was super fast, within 5mins, darling'girl arrive at this world at 1615hrs. Dr Wong did the stitches for me, the nurse ask my hubby to follow out with our darling'girl for weighting and measuring the lengths, and i was being monitor before pushing to the ward. Was still shivering and feeling weak at that point of time and lasted me for bout 2 to 3 hrs b4 it get off from me.

My Darling'Girl, Jerbel Pay greets the world on 17 November 2010, Haji baby of 2010 at 1615hrs weighing at 3.820KG.

That's my long winded Birth Story :) After 18 hrs of waiting, she finally arrive in this small little world :)
