not enuff sleep cos me to pimple outbreak!

give me ideas of slimming down fast :DDD
hahas; dun ask me dun eat cos no use de, will make us grow fatter only .
to slim down , eat 5-7 meal a day with small portion :D
that's the right way (a doctor told me).
dun take too much at a go :)
and exercise too lahs ~ but im lazy cos i gt no time :x
if i got gym at home den different le lohs :x
