It's considered quite a last minute trip planned.

Initially, just both of us but I decided to bring little bel along as she did not even took a plane before, her furthest trip is only KL.

Wanted Taiwan, but I feel Hong Kong suit her more because there's Disneyland.

She loves many Disney character, so just nice.

Tickets booked for 3 of us....

But 3 weeks before departing, Mil decided to tag along with SIL.

So booked their tickets and manage to get the same flight & hotel.

Knowing that Hong Kong will be cold in January, we need to get thicker clothes than what we wore in Singapore. So we began our shopping spree in SG.

Bel's one easily settle at H&M & Uniqlo with sales some more!

While us, just long sleeve and a thicker jacket from Uniqlo.

Packing luggage is a hassle due to thick clothes!

But anticipating for the day to come especially belbel!

Day 1 : Singapore to Hong Kong, To Hotel Check in, Temple Street.

We happened to wear the same colour to airport, just that I told hubby oh, I am wearing the navy, he oso say so, and we decided to wear it for belbel too! HAHA. " Our Family Wear" Oh ya, 3 of us wearing Adidas shoes as well. HAHA

In Changi Airport to feel the Magical World before Disneyland.

Forever lazy to walk! So she rather sit at pram.

Kids Meal on plane, you can actually ordered your meal 24hours before departing.
But we did not, we only did online check in.
And was given the above!
Something she like, Spagetti Bolognese.

Reached HK at around 5pm safely,

was worried as the Airasia Flight happen few day before we fly off.

So many cases in year 2014.

There's turbulence on and off.... which worried us too.

But she's quite well behave throughout watching cartoons and drawings on paper without any napping...

Only complain her ear pain when the plane flew lower before landing....

But manage to settle her by giving her snacks...

I was quiet anticipating of going into the hotel below.

Picture look not bad to me...

But when I step into the room, is smaller than expected.

Smaller than the picture, and is not clean!

Quite old to me ~ The carpet got stain too!

But we still need to spend 3 night there....

I will not recommend or go there again, though is very good location.

This shows me Photo are deceiving!

After settling the room and putting of luggage, we went out to explore, walk to the opposite side of our hotel, and found this restaurant.
Everything in Chinese! Oh ya, not simplified Chinese ok...
We got a hard time reading but we ordered a set in the end because we don't know what some means.
People working there is "gan jiong" and service is not as good as SG. They don't have good attitude!
Afterall, is just a meal to us.
So we ate 4 dish and a soup. (very saltish) but to them is normal as I know they tends to like salty food more than us.

Settle quick dinner at this restaurant! I thought was 翠華.. End up is another.

Right after dinner, we cross opposite to Temple Street.

Always watch this street or heard it on TV show, so this is the time to explore!

But nothing much to buy, their clothes are all thicker clothes that is not very suitable for SG.

Then for bags wise, a lot of pirated one. HAHA.

Hong Kong is cold at night, especially when the wind blows...

End our Night not too late as we are all tired as bel did not even nap on the plane too!

So back to hotel to wash up and prepare for bed.

Day 2 : Sha Tin, Mongkok East, Mongkok, Ladies Night Market, Avenue of Stars

Woke up early to prepare ourselves..
make our way out for breakfast after preparing...
The moment you step out of hotel at like 8am with wind blowing at you is like so cold!
Went for the famous breakfast located at Jordan!
Manage to find our way there.
It's a long queue when we reached..
Around 40~50 people ahead of us.
But the queue is very fast,
people just eat and go, as they clear their plate once food is clear!
And even most of them got to share table. 2 by 2.
Indeed comfort food for cold weather ~
did not manage to try on the previous trip.
Had once and I am loving it!
I love the macaroni soup!

Morning in Hong Kong is Cold...

Breakfast set... Super love the scramble egg and macaroni soup.
In my own preference though.

She's loving it too!!! she finish almost the whole big plate on her own..

Follow by some bites on the other plate... keep telling us is very nice!

basically wasted our time there as we go there to shop.

She don't know who is snoopy and she's not very interested.

Walk awhile at Shatin Mall, shop for her toys and walk around,

nothing really caught our eyes because the clothes don't really suit us and things compare to SG are not very cheap ~

Hong Kong is quite a high living expenses place too.

But the food there is nice if you know how to find!

Took the MTR again and proceed to Mong Kok East Station.

Because there's cute bun there, we decided to go for dim sum there.

Basically we go Hong Kong is to eat, eat and just eat only!

Reached there at around 130pm.. A long queue outside the restaurant...

Took a queue no. and waited for our no. to be called...

Waited close to 30mins just to get into the restaurant itself!

But it's worth it!

Order only one cute bun as there's too much of other dim sum we had ordered.

The food is nice but it's not cheap compare to those food outside...

Right after lunch, we then proceed to go for shopping at Mong Kok ~

It's damn packed perhaps it's Saturday...

Walk around, then to Ladies Night Market...

After shopping, went back to hotel to put our shopping bags!

We bought Qi Hua local products and it's so heavy!

Quick bathe for little bel and she took a nap.

But for awhile at around 630pm. We headed out again...

To Tsim Sha Tsui this time to Avenue of Star.

View at night is nice.

But the weather that night hit 12 deg!

Super cold for us!

Plus Sea breeze blowing with cold wind more power.

wait for 8am for the light.

I don't know what so nice with the light.

It's like nothing to me at all !!

Manage to take photo of the pretty night view, had a scrolled down Avenue of Star....

Then a little shopping before heading back to Jordan.... Waste quite a long time there...

But at least we caught a nice view of Hong Kong at night.

We also had curry fishball near our hotel. That weather is best for that!

We skipped our dinner as we are too full from our lunch and had some snack while walking.

We decided to have Maggie for supper ~

I don't know why, go Hong Kong and Taiwan, I like to go into their 7-11 to buy drinks and maggie...
HAHAHA ~

End of night around 11pm... We got to be awake and prepared by 730am the following morning.

HAHA ~ idk either... first time in hotel, I need to put on jacket to sleep.

End of our day 2, it was quite a long day travelling here and there in packed train!
And we got a hard time carrying her as everywhere is so packed ...
