Malacca Trip with Wong's Family
June 2014.
I know I'm very late to blog this post.
About 5 months back,
The Pay's and Wong's family went for a short getaway.
We were so excited before the trip, did many goggling on the place of interest, food to eat, where to explore when we are there.
Cab over to City Square Mall to have breakie,
and only know that the Mac's only open at 8am!
Therefore, we settle ourselves at a coffeeshop opp the mall.

Set off from Park Royal Hotel at around 8am.
Over at SG custom, just because we got kids with us,
we can't use the express finger print queue.
And we got to queue over at the long queue area so it led us always to be the last to board the coach.
Abit paiseh to let others wait for us always.
The girl manage to take a short nap after Malaysia custom to the rest stop Yong Peng.
Suppose to be a 2-3 hours to reach Malacca, but ours was a very long one.
Luckily our kids behave!
Reach Hatten Hotel at around noon and only a room is ready.
So we decided to check in and leave our belonging in that room before we go for our late lunch.
Just because we reach late, we missed eating the famous chicken rice over at Jonker Street.

Stop for our lunch at a random shop opp our hotel.
Saw a shop selling chicken rice ball, so we went in without considering.
But well, yes you must try chicken rice ball in Malacca but not this shop.
Maybe the Famous one in Jonker.

Walk the short cut way to Jonker Street but still a long journey especially when you are bringing 2 toddlers with you.
They don't walk much, and luckily we bring our Sling for this trip.
Slinging a 15kg baby is no joke.
It wasn't a pleasant trip, as hubby toothache act up.
Yes a bad one.
Might be the weather there that causes it.
He was not happy and do not have any mood to walk with us under the hot sun.
Jonker street was quite pack with human traffic,
therefore i sling her all the way.
Settle our dinner at Nancy's Kitchen.
Our best meal in Malacca.
Luckily we do not have to queue like what others mention.
We manage to get a seat for ourselves!

We are way too tired to walk back from Jonker's.
So we decided to take Trishaw back to hotel and also to let the girl have an experience taking the ride.
That man must have a hard time sending us back!
Back to hotel to put our things and went out to buy supper & the famous crepe.
Energy was quite drain out that day!

Woke up very early the next morning.
did not have a good night as hubby keep waking up due to toothache!
He took many painkiller just to ease the pain.
Check out earlier and went to shop at nearby mall.
We went separate way again due to his toothache.
Went to pharmacy to get stronger painkiller for him.
Settle our quick lunch at A&W!
and our girl did not behave well, keep on wanting to buy something!
I like Alyssa's behaviour !
She did not get anything unlike ours keep pestering us.
Met at hotel lobby and rest at the café below hotel.
